By booking services with Care Clean Mobile Detailing LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Services
We provide mobile car detailing services including interior detailing, exterior detailing, and full detailing packages in Portland, Maine and surrounding areas.
Pricing
All prices are estimates and may vary depending on vehicle size, condition, excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, odors, or additional service requirements. Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of service.
Booking & Deposits
A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Deposits may be non-refundable in the event of late cancellation or no-show appointments.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment time. Late cancellations may result in loss of deposit.
Access Requirements
Customers must provide safe access to the vehicle, including access to water and electricity unless otherwise agreed in advance. If access is unavailable, the appointment may be rescheduled.
Vehicle Condition
Heavily soiled vehicles, biohazards, mold, excessive pet hair, stains, sand, or strong odors may require additional time, charges, or service limitations.
Results & Expectations
Results may vary depending on the age, condition, and materials of the vehicle. Some stains, scratches, odors, wear, or imperfections may not be completely removable. Full restoration is not guaranteed.
Pre-Existing Damage
Care Clean Mobile Detailing LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage including scratches, rock chips, paint defects, worn surfaces, cracked trim, loose parts, or mechanical/electrical issues.
Personal Belongings
Customers are responsible for removing personal belongings, valuables, cash, firearms, medications, and sensitive items from the vehicle before service. We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left inside the vehicle.
Engine Bay Cleaning
Engine bay cleaning is performed using safe detailing methods and low-moisture techniques when applicable. Due to the sensitive nature of vehicle electronics and components, Care Clean Mobile Detailing LLC is not responsible for pre-existing or age-related failures involving sensors, batteries, wiring, electronics, warning lights, or mechanical components.
Weather Conditions
Appointments may be delayed or rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions including rain, snow, lightning, or extreme temperatures.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit/debit cards, Square payments, Venmo, and approved digital payment methods.
Liability
While we take great care when servicing your vehicle, Care Clean Mobile Detailing LLC is not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, fragile materials, aftermarket installations, or factors beyond our control. Liability is limited to the total cost of the service provided.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if conditions are unsafe, unsanitary, aggressive, or outside the scope of our detailing services.
Changes to Terms
Care Clean Mobile Detailing LLC reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
