By booking services with Care Clean Mobile Detailing LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Services

We provide mobile car detailing services including interior detailing, exterior detailing, and full detailing packages in Portland Maine and surrounding areas.

Pricing

All prices are estimates and may vary depending on vehicle size, condition, and service requirements. Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of service.

Booking & Deposits

A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Bookings are not confirmed until approved. Deposits may be non-refundable in case of late cancellation or no-show.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may result in loss of deposit.

Access Requirements

Customers must provide access to water and electricity unless otherwise agreed. If not available, the appointment may be rescheduled.

Vehicle Condition

Heavily soiled vehicles, excessive pet hair, stains, or odors may require additional time and charges.

Pre-Existing Damage

We are not responsible for any existing damage to the vehicle including scratches, stains, worn surfaces, or mechanical issues.

Weather Conditions

Appointments may be rescheduled due to weather conditions to ensure safety and service quality.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept credit/debit cards and digital payments.

Liability

While we take great care in servicing your vehicle, we are not liable for damage caused by factors beyond our control.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if conditions are unsafe or outside the scope of our services.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
